Dette bryg gik også helt galt. Det brændte på så Danbrygger slukkede 3 gange. Vi måtte skille det hele ad og rense varmelegmet alle 3 gange. Vi har ingen ide om den første del af mæsken. Vi mæskede derefter 50 minutter ved 68 grader. Det må enten være det tidlige malt ihældning eller FOR grundig omrrøring, der giver problemet med at det brænder på. Umiddelbart ser det ud til at være omrøringen. Hvis vi lader være med at røre til bunds, stopper problemet.
