Mæsken gik helt galt. Der samlede sig en "dej" på filteret, der fik en sikring til at slå fra i bryggeren, og der var totalt stuck mash.
Det hele blevt skildt ad to gange, anden gang blev der rørt 500g risskaller i masken, inden vi opgav tredie gang det skete. Vi flyttede ca. halvdelen af mask og urt til 30L gryde og fortsatte som posebryg. Vi kunne trækker ca. 12L SG 1038 urt til en lille gryde som vi kogte med 1/4 af humlen.
30L gryden blev sparget med 4L. Der var 23L pre boil. Det blev kogt med 1/2 af humlen.
Fra den lille gryde blev der 8,5L på OG1041, der blev hældt på Voss kveik gærkagen fra Dancing lager. Vild gærring efter 2 timer
Vi måtte opgive whirlpool humle. det blev tilsat ved flameoff i stedet.
Fra 30L gryden var der 10L urt på SG 1056. Vi tilsatte 3L koldt vand.
Det endte med 21L 20 grader var urt på OG1060, der blev sat i gærsakb ved 11 grader luft. 2 pakker gær tilsættes uden rehydrering, når urten kommer ned omkring 11 grader.
Ny rekord i "alt går galt" brygdag. :-(
